A look at our impact over the last year

Throughout 2021-2022, our community once again displayed the spirit of local love that has kept United Way acting as an agent of change and support since 1959.

Then, now, and always, we will be here for our community because we live and breathe our vision that “everyone in every community has the opportunity to reach their full potential.”

Our annual general meeting took place on June 16, where we were able to recap the impact we and our funded partners are able to have thanks to amazing donors like you. For a snapshot of that impact, we invite you to review our annual report.

At the AGM, we also said good-bye (but we hope not farewell) to some incredible community leaders who are leaving our board of directors: Leslie Magee, who was on the board for six years; Joanne Nickerson, who served two years on the board and many more as a workplace champion volunteer, receiving numerous awards for her dedication and enthusiasm; and Amy Lynn Patterson, who served for four years on our board, including two as vice-chair.

Our heartfelt thanks to those wonderful people who have contributed so much to our organization.
