Workplace Campaign

United Way counts on the generosity of individuals and businesses to improve communities in Charlotte, Kings and Saint John region.

We partner with over 200 companies, unions, and government departments to engage their employees to give back and support our community. Funds are raised through payroll deductions and special events in the workplace.

Where does the money go?

All funds donated to the United Way are invested in local charities that respond to the specific, critical need in our communities. Every year we identify projects and organizations to make sure your donations are having the best possible impact in our community.

Employers benefit too!

Companies and their employees want to do good, but often do not know where to start. The United Way can help. We can help you create a Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy that includes charitable giving and employee engagement. Companies who are known as caring, and who help their employees connect with a cause, have greater retention, especially with millennials.  Payroll deduction is a great tool to facilitate charitable giving.
